The Bloomington Hockey Booster Club is the official booster club of the Bloomington Blaze hockey team! Founded in 2006 with the introduction of professional hockey in our community, we’re here to support the Bloomington Blaze and promote the sport of hockey throughout the community! Our activities include meetings, social activities, hospitality with visiting Central Hockey League (CHL) teams and clubs, group trips to away hockey games, events within the community, and more.

LARRY IRWIN TRIBUTE

The Bloomington Blaze Booster Club made a donation to the Western Avenue Community Center in honor of Larry Irwin, long-time friend and Booster Club member who passed away March 27. 100 items were purchased with the donation including bubbles, sidewalk chalk, jump ropes, kick balls, footballs, basketballs, frisbees, squirt guns and hula hoops. Larry and his wife Sandy were one of the first members when the Booster Club was formed in 2006. Thank you Larry for all you have done for Bloomington Hockey Boosters!
